Momo Chicken wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. Accessibility needs vary, and we are committed to improving the experience for all our customers.

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we keep improving the Site over time.

2. How we support access

We build the Site to be usable by as many people as possible. In particular:

  • we design for readable text and strong colour contrast, keyboard navigation, clear labels, and descriptive alternative text for images;
  • the Site is built to work with the assistive features in most browsers and devices, and with screen readers, across a range of screen sizes; and
  • we keep iterating and adopting new approaches that make the Site more accessible.

3. Third-party content

Some features, such as an embedded map, social links or other plug-ins, come from third parties that we do not control, so they may not behave the same way for everyone. We choose our technology partners with accessibility in mind.
